Common Issues & Quick Fixes

Generation Failed

What's happening: Your creation card shows "Generation Failed" instead of your shiny new content.

Most common causes:

  • Your prompt is too long (keep it under 500 characters)

  • The AI model is temporarily busy (happens during peak hours)

  • Content violates platform policies (violence, adult content, etc.)

  • Network timeout during generation

Quick fix:

  1. Check the error message in the creation card (red text below the generate button)

  2. If it's a timeout, just click "Generate" again β€” it usually works on retry

  3. For policy violations, adjust your prompt and try again

  4. For long prompts, trim them down and focus on key details

Export Error

What's happening: You hit export and get an error instead of your final video.

Most common cause: Some of your content cells haven't finished generating yet.

Quick fix:

  1. Scroll through your entire row and look for cells with red error indicators

  2. Check that ALL cells show completed content (not loading spinners)

  3. Regenerate any failed cells by clicking the generate button again

  4. Once everything is green, try exporting again

Still failing? Check your video layers in the overlay section β€” make sure no layers reference empty or failed cells.

Video Shows Wrong Aspect Ratio

What's happening: Your video exported as 9:16 when you wanted 16:9, or vice versa.

Quick fix:

  1. Open the creation card for your video generation

  2. Change the aspect ratio for the entire video at the top of the video section.

  3. Check the aspect ratio dropdown at the top (should show 9:16, 16:9, or 1:1)

  4. Select your desired ratio BEFORE generating

  5. Regenerate the video with the correct ratio

Note: Some models automatically fall back to 9:16 if they can't generate your requested ratio. If this keeps happening, try a different model or adjust your prompt.

  • At least 30 seconds of clean audio

  • No background music or noise

  • Single speaker only

  • Clear, conversational speaking (not shouting or whispering)

  1. Record or find a clean audio sample that's 30-60 seconds long

  2. Make sure it's just one person speaking normally

  3. Trim out any music, background noise, or long pauses

  4. Try the voice cloning again

Video Preview Not Playing

What's happening: Your video preview shows a black screen or won't play.

  4. Try clicking directly on the video preview

If the video still won't play after completing generation, try regenerating that specific cell.

Generation Taking Too Long
