You've created your first video. Now let's get it in front of your audience.

This is where GEN transforms from a creation tool into your autonomous social media agent. Connect your accounts once, and GEN handles the rest — posting, scheduling, and keeping your feeds consistently active while you focus on running your business.

GEN posts directly to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Let's connect them:

Navigate to Setup — Click your avatar in the top right, then "Setup" in the menu

Connect TikTok — Click "Connect TikTok" and authorize GEN through TikTok's OAuth flow

Connect Instagram — Click "Connect Instagram" and link your business account

Connect YouTube — Click "Connect YouTube" to enable Shorts posting

1. Navigate to Setup — Click your avatar in the top right, then "Setup" in the menu
2. Connect TikTok — Click "Connect TikTok" and authorize GEN through TikTok's OAuth flow
3. Connect Instagram — Click "Connect Instagram" and link your business account
4. Connect YouTube — Click "Connect YouTube" to enable Shorts posting

⚡ Pro Move: Connect all three platforms even if you only use one. Your content will perform differently on each platform — maximize your reach.

Once connected, you'll see green checkmarks next to each platform. GEN can now post on your behalf.

Back in your <a href="https://docs.gen.pro/en/articles/13782241-build-your-first-project-in-60-seconds">project</a>, it's time to go live:

Generate your video — Inside of a project, click the "Generate" button in the Final Video section if you see it (this renders your final video)

Click "Post" — Once generated, you'll see a green "Ready" status and a "Post" button

Select platforms — Choose TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or all three

Write your caption — GEN suggests captions, but you can customize them

Hit "Post Now" — Your video goes live immediately
